Head of IT Security & Risk Management – London Hybrid - £110,000 - £140,000 plus 30% bonus A client of ours is looking to hire a Head of IT Security & Risk Management to lead a enterprise level IT security transformation project. This role will involve developing cyber security policies and procedures whilst working with technical teams and business users to ensure the systems meet organisation goals and objectives. Key responsibilities include: Leading the Cyber risk governance for all divisions, deciding upon and implementing key KPIs and metrics. Developing and auditing security documentation such as policies, standards and procedures. Working with the Security Architecture team to implement secure by design principles. To be considered, you should have: 10 years of experience in cyber and information security, deep expertise in GFR frameworks such as ISO 27001 & SOX. Technical knowledge and understanding of cloud security technologies, cyber tooling and automation, incident response activities etc. Experience managing teams of 10, with expertise leading cross functional teams and gaining consensus among diverse stakeholder groups. Industry certifications such as CISSP, PMP, ITIL etc. This role will be reporting directly to the Group CIO and has a clear pathway to a C suite leadership role.
