Product Team Lead - London -£85,000, 10% bonus - Award-winning MedTech Limitless has been exclusively engaged by an award-winning health tech scale-up whose innovative products are revolutionising the dental industry in Europe. With their mission to bring smart products to the dental industry they have recently gone through acquisition to further support their growth plans across their key software engineering, mobile and product teams to tackle the industry globally They are looking to hire a versatile Product Lead who will be able to lead two product squads (app and platform), collaborate with a cross-functional team, and bridge the gap between the product and the acquire’s brand by working with key stakeholders. Requirements: Strong background being a Lead or a Product Manager who’s demonstrated lead and managing capability of a software product/platform team. Demonstrable experience in leading product engineering teams to deliver new products/features to market. Experience working with software-enabled consumer goods, preferably in connected devices. Creating beautiful UX for all customers with an emphasis on brand. Strong experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholder communication.
