We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client in Mississauga, Canada for the position of: Senior Business System Analyst - Business Process Automation (AI). Location: Mississauga Employment Type: Full-time As a Senior Business System Analyst specializing in Business Process Automation with AI, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing AI-driven automation solutions to optimize business processes. Your main responsibilities will include: Analyzing existing business processes and identifying opportunities for automation using AI technologies. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for AI-driven automation projects. Designing and implementing AI-based solutions to streamline and optimize business processes. Developing and maintaining detailed documentation, including process maps, requirements specifications, and user guides. Conducting testing and validation of AI automation solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and performance standards. Providing training and support to end-users on new AI-driven automation tools and processes. Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and automation technologies and applying them to improve business processes. Your Profile: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience as a Business System Analyst, focusing on business process automation and AI. Skills: Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in business process automation. Tools: Proficiency in process mapping and business analysis tools such as Visio or Lucidchart. Other: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
