ServiceNow Architect/ Lead Type: Contract Inside IR35 Location: Weekly 2 days office/ London, UK (Near Heathrow) Contract length: Initially 3 months with a potential extension We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect/ Lead with expertise in legal service management to join our client. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience and a proven track record in working closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and pain points, translating them into actionable functional specifications for optimised solutions. Requirements: Design, configure, and customise ServiceNow modules to optimise legal service processes such as Sales And Order Management /Network Inventory Management 6 years of experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst with a focus on legal services management . Strong expertise in configuring and customising the ServiceNow platform to enhance legal service processes. Deep understanding of organisational processes and workflows. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. Experience conducting system testing and troubleshooting during the implementation phase. Ability to lead end-user training and workshops to ensure solution adoption. Nice to have ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist)
