Lead SAP Business Analyst

LeverageTek is actively seeking a Lead SAP Business Analyst for an upcoming 9-month contract with its Ottawa-based customer. Key Tasks Lead functional workstreams through all migration phases Conduct detailed gap analysis between ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA processes Define business requirements for configuration and development Oversee data mapping and validation for master/transactional data Redesign business processes to leverage S/4HANA simplifications Identify and eliminate redundant customizations through standard SAP best practices Implement Fiori-based UX improvements for key business roles Manage a team of 3–5 business analysts across functional areas Develop and enforce analysis methodologies and documentation standards Mentor junior analysts on S/4HANA functionality Present recommendations to steering committees and business leadership Coordinate with SAP architects and developers on solution design Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and training sessions Key Qualifications 5 years of SAP functional experience, with at least 2 full-cycle ECC to S/4HANA migrations Strong expertise in SAP modules and integration points Strong leadership skills with team management experience Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field Business Analyst experience supporting migration from SAP ECC 6.0 to SAP S/4HANA Experience bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring accurate translation of requirements Experience analyzing processes, identifying gaps, and recommending best practices to optimize the new system Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies About LeverageTek Staffing Solutions Thank you for taking the time to apply Since our company’s inception in March 2003, LeverageTek Staffing Solutions has worked to become a trusted partner with our consultants and customers.
