Change Management Specialist

LeverageTek is actively seeking a Change Management Specialist for a 12-month contract with its Ottawa-based customer. Work Location Remote (Toronto preferred and comfortable traveling as needed) Key Tasks Support training and setup for HR modules (performance reviews, compensation, talent modules). Support for training and configuring HR processes Integration of change management with ERP rollout Create the Change impact assessment Assessing readiness and provide pulse survey data to highlights people and implementation risks Work with leaders to build awareness of the change and identify ways they could model and reinforce the change Identify supports needed by leaders Work with targets of change to determine challenges and needs for the change to be successful Initiate change and communication plan(s) Key Qualifications Minimum 5 to 6 years of Change Management experience Strong knowledge of Change Management principles, methodologies and tools Experience leading Change with Digital programs (ERP, CRM implementations) Qualifications Strong knowledge of change leadership research and behaviours Exceptional communication skills, including a proven track record in developing and conducting interviews, focus groups, and presentations Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and standards Experience working on large-scale, complex projects.
