LeverageTek is actively seeking senior Business Systems Analyst for a 12-month contract with chance at extension with its Ottawa-based customer. Work Location Remote Key Tasks Requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation. Test plan and test case development and execution, as well as User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support. Co-ordinate with various IT teams (Records and Information Management (RIM), Network Services, Database Administrators, Data Centre Team, IT Security, IT Optimization, Business Intelligence, custom software development, COTS solution owners e.g. SAP) to ensure adherence to the new ECM architecture/configuration and all the technical aspects associated with the execution of the migration plan. Engage with a 3rd party vendor, IT teams, business stakeholders and new ECM vendor to develop a migration plan. Work closely with Records and Information Management to co-ordinate with business stakeholders from all divisions to ensure adherence to standards throughout the implementation of the migration plan. This includes legal, privacy and Quality Assurance. Complete validation of the migration including working closely with RIM and the business stakeholders to maintain the integrity of the content and records throughout the migration plan e.g. object counts, metadata, access permissions, etc. Assist with developing and executing on a communication and learning plan for the IT teams and business stakeholders that will be involved in the migration plan as well as those individuals/teams that will have a role in the new ECM post implementation. Other Deliverables Managing deliverables for the project including project plan (lite), schedule, requirements, test plan, test cases and execution, UAT support, production qualification. Technical documentation for the purpose of knowledge retention or transfer. Work in the team’s agile practices including daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint retrospective and planning. Attendance and participation in various meetings with the vendor, customer, team members and other IT resources. Use JIRA process to manage work items. Key Qualifications Experience managing project deliverables including project plan (lite), schedule, requirements, test plan, test cases and execution, UAT support, production qualification. Experience with an ECM solution or other enterprise level software e.g., OpenText products: Documentum or Content Suite (xECM) preferred but other vendors/products are acceptable Exposure to or experience with Solution Architecture/ Configuration/ Administration/ Integration including on-premises and cloud solutions. Qualifications Post-secondary level education (e.g., college, technical institute, or university) in a relevant discipline from a recognized academic institution, preferably in Business, IT, Computer Science or Computer / Software Engineering. 5-10 years of experience delivering business applications in the supply chain, pharmaceutical, biologics or similar industries. Experience integrating cloud solutions into an organization at the enterprise level. Experience with multiple device platforms (Windows, Apple, iOS, Android, etc.) on which an enterprise solution e.g., ECM may be utilized. Experience integrating ECM or other enterprise solutions with other systems e.g., SAP, Quality Management System (QMS), custom web applications, etc., Experience developing standalone workflows that involve an ECM or other enterprise solution, Experience ensuring product is supportable and sustainable, Environment and release management experience. Ability to extend/enhance ECM or other enterprise products for maximum productivity and penetration with the customer experience at the forefront. Experience with Micro Focus ALM (formerly HP ALM). Experience in user experience and customer service management.
