Senior Enterprise Systems Analyst The Senior Enterprise Systems Analyst plays the central role in the technical development, implementation and support of hosted off-the-shelf cloud-based systems used across Let’s Talk Science by analyzing and improving business processes and delivering technology solutions. The incumbent is responsible for analyzing, designing, configuring, implementing and integrating our cloud-based technology solutions that enable back-office operations. This includes but is not limited to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Financial, Human Resources (HR), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Learning Management System (LMS), Donor Management, Digital Asset Management, Intranet, Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs, assess current systems, drive operational efficiencies and recommend improvements. This position is responsible for overseeing part of the IT support work the Office Manager provides. Requirements/Qualifications Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field At least 5 years of hands-on Systems Analyst/Sysadmin experience planning, delivering and supporting enterprise SaaS back-office solutions for an enterprise environment An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, Google Cloud), as well as experience with SaaS ERP applications (e.g., Zoho CRM, Blackbaud FX, Canvas LMS, Sharepoint) Proficient in system modeling tools, database management, and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python) with experience building queries and reports Experience with integration API’s and automation platforms such as Zapier, Automate.io, MS Power Automate, Make (formerly Integromat) Experience with product specific API designs, implementations and use Familiarity in participating in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and project management practices Certification in relevant methodologies (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional - CBAP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Project Management Institute Professional in Business Analysis - PMI-PBA) are an asset Bilingual (English and French) is an asset This is a full-time permanent position.
