Join us and contribute to National Security Job Summary In this crucial DevOps Engineer role, you will provide mission-critical system support to our customers. You will collaborate closely with the Development team and other technology stakeholders to maintain, develop, and support both legacy and new IC enterprise products within an Agile SAFe environment. This position also involves working collaboratively with software engineering to deploy and operate systems, automating and streamlining operations, and building and maintaining tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations while troubleshooting issues in development, testing, and production environments. Primary Responsibilities: Support software deployments, cloud infrastructure baselines, and the operational availability of production systems. Manage, build, configure, administer, and maintain all components of the DevOps environment. Define enterprise Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment processes and best practices. Implement and promote DevOps best practices across the enterprise. Develop and maintain scripts to automate tool deployment in an AWS cloud environment and other tasks. Scripting and maintaining build environments. Collaborate with project teams to integrate their products into the DevOps environment. Basic Qualifications Proven experience setting up tools such as GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, and Katalon Studio. Proven troubleshooting experience with tools such as GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, and Katalon Studio. Experience working within a software development team and supporting developers and their activities. Bachelor's degree with 8 or more years of relevant work experience, or a Master's degree with 6 or more years. Additional work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. Must have an active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance to be considered. Preferred Qualifications AWS Associate Certification (Developer, Solution Architect, or Sys Ops Administrator). AWS Professional Certification (DevOps Engineer or Solutions Architect). Experience with container orchestration using Docker, Vagrant, Kubernetes, or AWS ECS/ECR. Experience with programming languages including Java, Python, JavaScript, Ruby, PHP, and Unix shell scripting. Experience working with Ansible or Puppet.
