About the role We are currently looking to recruit a C#.NET | Azure Integration Services Development Technical Lead to be part of our Payments Architecture and Finance Transformation Programme. The Financial Services industry is driving a monumental focus on transforming the Payments landscape, which we are keen to embrace and exploit the value this brings to our members. You will lead a team that will deliver elements of our new Payments solution that will be used by our Members and our Operations, Financial Control and Financial Crime functions. This will be delivered through a modern cloud-based ecosystem with .NET and Cloud AIS integrations into our customer facing and back-office system components. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a major complex transformation programme by leading a cross functional team and fulfilling a Tech Lead' role. You will line manage a cross functional team, lead the technical challenges at an architectural level and complete the lower level designs of the technical detail by using your Azure knowledge. Our tech stack includes .NET Core 3.1, Azure Integration Services (AIS), Power Platform, Dynamics 365, C#, Agile & Web technologies. What will you bring to the role? You are an experienced Dev Team Lead or Tech Lead with a good blend of tech and people leadership skills. You will have a strong relevant development background in a .NET environment Must have experience with Azure Integration Services (e.g Service Bus, API Management, Event Grid etc).
