Responsibilities Deputise for the current Data Protection Officer Advise the business using a risk-based approach Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) relating to all projects across the business Contractual reviews - incl. data transfer agreements, data processing agreements etc. Incident management Line management of junior team members Requirements Prior privacy/data protection experience in the TMT (technology, media or telecommunications) sectors is essential Prior privacy experience in a consumer-facing business is essential Ability to apply a pragmatic & risk-based approached to tackling privacy challenges
