D365 CRM Programme Manager

I am currently working with a global organisation who are looking to bring in a Dynamics CRM Programme Manager to head up the UK arm of a programme. The project they will is a Global CRM Transformation from Salesforce to Dynamics. Outside IR35 – £600 - £650 P/D Hybrid – London 5-month initial contract Responsibilities: Collaborate and influence the global CRM Transformation project team to ensure UK requirements are met, whilst ensuring alignment and consistency across regions. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver project scope, goals, and deliverables. Manage cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, analysts, and business stakeholders. Ensure seamless data migration from SalesForce to Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Requirements: Proven experience as a Programme Manager with a focus on CRM systems. Experience with large-scale CRM transformation projects, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce. Knowledge of industry best practices for CRM implementation and migration. Expertise with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Experience working in an international programme and collaborating with global teams. Strong understanding of data migration processes and tools.
