AI Delivery Lead

Location: London (Hybrid) Salary : up to 110k base plus bonus and benefits. About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced AI Delivery Lead to play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge AI-enabled solutions for one of our best clients. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management, and leadership skills to ensure the successful execution of AI initiatives that align with client objectives. Key Responsibilities: Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and develop AI-enabled solutions that align with their goals. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, engineers, developers, and business analysts to ensure successful project delivery. Project Management: Oversee the full project lifecycle, including managing timelines, budgets, and scope to deliver projects on time and within budget. AI Technology Integration: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI technology, incorporating new tools and techniques into client solutions as appropriate. Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders, communicating project progress, risks, and issues, and offering recommendations for overcoming challenges. Ethical AI and Data Security: Ensure the implementation of data privacy, security, and ethical AI guardrails throughout the project lifecycle. Essential Skills: Industry Expertise: Experience in a specific industry or domain, such as insurance, finance, or banking. Project Management: Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, and scope effectively. AI Solution Delivery: Experience in developing and delivering AI-enabled, production-grade solutions at scale. AI Technologies: Deep understanding of AI technologies, including generative AI. Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire a diverse technical and non-technical team. Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment.
