Job Responsibilities The focus of this role is maintaining and extending the IT Infrastructure, assisting in the delivery of projects and expanding the firms' offering. Supporting end users and actively improving their experience is paramount. Provide users technical support for hardware and software issues Work with suppliers and external developers to resolve problems Provide training on new and existing systems Maintain on-premises and cloud based server infrastructure Oversee system backup creation and integrity Collaborate with staff on projects eg new software deployments Problem-solve and advise on the use of technology in the firm Skills Required Previous experience mentoring or training junior members of staff. Stepping in for the Head of IT. Supporting technologies - Active Directory/Entra ID Administration, Hyper-V, Win Server 2022, Azure (VMs, Azure Virtual Desktop), Windows 11, iOS Devices, Intune (Endpoint Manager), Autopilot, Microsoft 365 Admin (Office, SharePoint, Teams) This role is fully office based.
