Diversity Equity & Inclusion Coordinator A brand-new opportunity has just arisen at our multi-practice US Law Firm client, who are seeking to hire a DEI Coordinator on a permanent basis to join their fantastic HR department in London. This is a newly created role and will have plenty of scope for long-term development, working closely with counterparts in America to assist with the global implementation of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy. Generous & Competitive Salary Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote) Fabulous employee benefits including generous pension contribution, medical and family care backup and more Duties of the DEI Coordinator: Assist in the development and execution of DEI programs and initiatives, ensuring cross-cultural alignment in the European context. Proactively develop creative and strategic ways for our Employee Resource Groups in London to build community. Support the creation and distribution of DEI communications, including newsletters, firm-wide emails, and intranet updates. Coordinate logistics for DEI events, meetings, and training sessions, including ERG event planning, room bookings, and attendee tracking. Collect and analyse European DEI-related data for reporting purposes, contributing to transparency and informed decision-making. Participate in knowledge sharing events and represent the firm at local DEI conferences, including networking with UK based DEI organizations to strengthen existing partnership and form new relationships. Coordinate logistics for external partnerships that amplify the firm's DEI efforts beyond the workplace. Requirements of the DEI Coordinator: 2 years Diversity, Equity & Inclusion experience within a law firm. Experience working on a variety of DEI initiatives. Excellent organizational skills with good attention to detail. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
