Business Systems Analyst (Finance) | 12 month FTC | Birmingham/Warrington | Hybrid We are pleased to represent a 12 month FTC for a successful engineering firm, looking for an established Business Analyst who has a background in finance and experience supporting ERP systems. You will be working with their existing ERP systems to deliver value-add solutions to shape and support business processes. This project will involve working on their Purchase Ledger and E-invoicing modules. The role will be hybrid with twice weekly visits onsite in either Birmingham or Warrington. Role / Responsibilities: Requirement gathering for system changes and updating stakeholders Managing and documenting system changes through to implementation Coordinating with third party software partners for system changes and any escalations User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of changes to ensure they meet requirements Upgrade, service pack and fix testing in line with policies Provision of third line support of business systems Assistance with development of training materials Maintenance and configuration of systems Qualifications / Experience: Strong business analysis experience in a similar role Experience of supporting ERP systems (e.g. COINS, Dynamics, Oracle, SAP) Experience working across business finance functions (e.g. purchase ledger, E-invoicing) Strong communication with technical and non-technical audiences Strong time management, analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience in House Building/Construction/Civils industries desirable This Business Systems Analyst (Finance) position is being handled by Langham Recruitment Ltd.
