Senior Support Analyst

Senior Analyst (EUS) Location: London, UK Salary: Up to £55,000 Benefits Employment Type: Full-Time Work Pattern: Hybrid The Company: This is a global organization committed to providing exceptional support to employees and continuously improving internal support tools and processes. Your Role: Join our dynamic global team as a Senior Analyst in End User Support. You will be instrumental in supporting approximately 500 employees across 10 global offices. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive end-user support for all offices, ensuring timely and effective resolution of tickets as per defined SLAs. Deliver in-person support in our London offices and internationally as needed. Act as an escalation point for high-priority tickets and work items. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on business-as-usual processes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, risk reduction, and audit compliance. Support AV systems, telephony, and smaller IT projects across all offices. Ensure efficient onboarding, moving, and offboarding processes for staff and vendors. Required: Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to manage problems through to completion. Excellent time management and communication skills. Proficiency in supporting Windows 10 environments and core Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer). Experience with Office 365 user account management and troubleshooting. Knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft Active Directory, remote access systems (MFA, Citrix, Windows Terminal Servers, Meraki VPN). Desirable: Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AV systems (Crestron, Cisco), Endpoint Manager (Intune), SCCM, Auto Pilot. Familiarity with the Private Equity industry (training provided).
