Product Owner - Education - £65,000 - Manchester (Remote) Product Owner required to join an Education business based in Manchester. The Product Owner will lead the development and implementation of the businesses SMS, leveraging Salesforce Education Cloud. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to own the Product Vision and Roadmap, manage the product backlog, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the system aligns with the business strategic goals and regulatory requirements. Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap for the SMS, ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives and stakeholder needs. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and validate requirements, prioritise features, and ensure the SMS meets the needs of all parties. Create, maintain, and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring it reflects business priorities and is aligned with the overall product strategy. Lead Agile development processes, working closely with cross-functional teams and 3rd party partners to deliver high-quality product increments. Document clear and concise requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development and ensure all stakeholders have a common understanding of the product features.
