This role is crucial in aligning IT solutions with business needs, ensuring high-complexity projects are executed effectively. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the strategy and roadmap for specific technology areas within the technology team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and overall enterprise architecture. Collaborate with business representatives and the technology leadership team to understand sector needs, identify gaps between business requirements and current IT capabilities, and design solutions that bridge these gaps while maintaining project scope. Support and oversee the execution of high-risk, high-complexity IT workstreams, ensuring that solutions are implemented in line with strategic goals and architectural standards. Ensure the effective use of technology tools within the specified domain of expertise, optimizing their impact on business profitability and overall IT effectiveness. Provide architectural guidance to IT teams, ensuring that technical solutions are delivered on time, comply with sector roadmaps, and align with industry standards and best practices.
