Our client are seeking a skilled IT Desktop Support Engineer to join their team in London. You will provide onsite desktop support in London and across various European locations, ensuring seamless IT operations. Key Responsibilities: Deliver technical support to end users, handling hardware and software issues. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Support audio/visual technology and assist with video conferencing setups. Manage hardware inventory, perform system setups, and support office moves. Provide hands-on infrastructure support. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on IT projects. Prepare and maintain support documentation. MDM experience. Key Qualifications: 4 years of IT support experience. Strong expertise in Microsoft environments (Windows 10/11, Office 365, SharePoint, Teams). Familiarity with ITIL processes (v3/4 Foundation certification required).
