Our client is seeking an experienced Configuration Manager to join their dynamic IT Service Management team. This role will involve analysing and identifying the gaps in their current CMDB. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and process improvement for the CMDB, ensuring data integrity. Lead CMDB roadmap development, process enhancements, and user advocacy across IT and business services. Serve as a subject matter expert on CI automated discovery and ServiceNow CMDB management, handling data integration and troubleshooting. Collaborate with Change Managers, IT staff, and infrastructure teams to ensure accurate, timely updates to the CMDB. Produce performance reports to monitor CMDB health and efficiency. Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow products and technologies. Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience in Implementation of CMDB in multiple environments . Strong knowledge of ServiceNow or similar service management tools for CMDB management and service mapping. Experience in dashboard reporting, IT Service Management (Change, Problem, Incident Management), and Configuration Management Systems. Knowledge of hardware, software, and application CI types. Experience working with global teams is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: ITIL v3/4 certification. Experience working with ServiceNow’s CSDM model. 5 years in IT, with at least 3 years focused on Configuration Management Systems.
