Seeking a C++ Software Engineer to join a collaborative Market Data team, responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing low-latency systems that handle vast volumes of real-time data from global financial markets. This role offers the opportunity to work on the critical infrastructure that powers our trading strategies, where performance is measured in nanoseconds.


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in C++ development (preferably C++17 or newer).
  • Core Skills: Strong understanding of multithreading, concurrency, memory management, and real-time systems.
  • Low-Latency Expertise: Familiarity with low-latency and high-throughput systems, including network programming (TCP/UDP, multicast).
  • Systems Knowledge: Deep experience with Linux (kernel tuning, performance analysis) and scripting languages (Python, Bash, or similar).
  • Protocols: Familiarity with financial market protocols (e.g., FIX, ITCH, OUCH) is a strong plus.
  • Problem Solver: Ability to diagnose performance bottlenecks and propose innovative solutions.


Comp range - $150,000 - $250,000 base + discretionary bonus
