Experience in Delivering Greenfield Implementation With SAP SuccessFactors (Knowledge of other ERPs such as PeopleSoft, and Workday desirable) Experience working with Public Sector Banks Experience in HR processes such as Core HCM Employee Central Recruitment Onboarding, Benefits, Absence Time Tracking and Management Learning & Development Succession Payroll & Compensation Performance Management & Goals Excellent Interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills to engage Customers. SAP SuccessFactors , Working experience in SAP Activate Methodology and DevOps Desirable Technical Skills: Have experience working with Integration Centre and CPI integrations . Experiences working with custom BTP applications, SAP alliance and other SAP partner products will be Desirable.
