Capital Markets Project Manager - Testing

Skills needed. Possesses 10 years of experience in project management that includes UAT, SIT, Regression and other types of Testing projects, both manual and automated. Experience with Capital Markets especially Middle Office and Front Office functions. Knowledge about the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) - End to End – is mandatory. Must have working experience in Trade and Order Management System across various instrument types. Experience in Charles River or any Order Management System is preferable . Very good understanding of the Front to Back-office processes Experience in defect Tracking and Defect Management Tool like HP ALM, JIRA Experience in Test Co-ordination, and Test Status Reporting Experience in Eagle, Portia, SIMCORP or any Accounting application is preferable. Responsibilities Responsible for the day-to-day management of executing to milestones and reporting on one or more Test projects. Manage Testing team /s with respect to on-time and proper execution of tasks, internal trainings, control, and reporting to Senior Management. Day-to-day leadership, management & support of Testing projects. Active management through goals, key performance, and quality indicators with view of improving overall quality and timeliness of Testing delivery. Building effective relationships with all work streams (Front, Middle Back offices) and other teams Provide functional test analysis, planning, design, execution, and reporting for testing assignments. Estimation & Milestone planning for the project and provide estimates for the UAT. Prepare where required: Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Cases, Test Scripts, Test Data, Test Coverage analysis for a given testing assignment.
