Solutions Architect

Qualities: Seasoned solution architect who has experience in designing enterprise-scale applications. Modern architecture, security, and integration patterns, e.g. Microservice, event-driven, domain-driven design, Oauth, Cloud native concepts. Java, Spring/Springboot background, not required to code but needs to be hands-on, able to navigate code and conduct code reviews. Fluent in communication. Able to articulate technical ideas to both technology and business audiences. Excellent presentation skills: Need to handle management, business, and executive-level presentations. Ability to coach and guide the development team throughout the implementation cycle of the solution. Expectations: Lead and own end to end solution for Digital Technology, from frontend to backend, covering both functional and non-functional aspects. Lead the design of cost-effective and innovative solutions to meet both business objectives and the goal of operational efficiency. Support the rest of the technology teams throughout the project life cycle in understanding the solution. Be an active player in the consultant community, maintaining consistency across the platform, and adopting best practices. Education: Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
