Quality Assurance Automation Lead

We are seeking an experienced Automation Lead with strong expertise in Selenium with Python to design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will lead a team of automation engineers, drive best practices, and ensure high-quality software delivery through efficient test automation strategies. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of automation engineers in designing and implementing scalable test automation frameworks using Selenium with Python. Develop, maintain, and enhance automation scripts, test suites, and CI/CD pipelines for functional, regression, and performance testing. Collaborate with QA, Development, and DevOps teams to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD process. Define and enforce automation best practices, coding standards, and code reviews. Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues. Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and processes to improve test automation efficiency. Ensure high test coverage, reliability, and execution speed of automated tests. Generate and present test automation reports and metrics to stakeholders. Education: Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
