Poised for growth: This is a critical inflection point on our journey and you’ll get a front row seat to a scaling start-up As the first Fullstack Solutions Engineer on the ground, you will own the responsibility of engaging with customers, and bringing timely and effective technical solutions to every journey. As the first Partner Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our partner ecosystem while gaining unfiltered access to business operations and decisions. Achievements: Within a year, we've synchronized blockchain and card payments on both technical and regulatory fronts, launching our first live debit card with one of the largest crypto wallets, Argent. We've secured $3 million in funding from top fintech and blockchain VCs and are on a path to operate globally where we are needed most. What You’ll Do: Partner with the sales team: Be the technical expert supporting the team during the sales process, to answer the most technical questions of the customer and their engineering team. Collaborate with Partners: Serve as the liaison between our platform and partners, ensuring seamless integration of Kulipa's systems into their workflows. Develop Core Solutions: Work closely with the backend team to design scalable APIs and systems that streamline partner onboarding and support. Drive Innovation: Empower third-party wallets and other partners to unlock new functionalities by leveraging our platform in innovative ways. Technical Advocate: Address integration issues, provide ongoing technical support, and act as the primary technical point of contact for partners. Customer Feedback Loop: Collaborate directly with partners to identify challenges and communicate them to internal teams, aiding in refining the product roadmap. Qualifications: Education: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in software development with an interest in working in a customer facing role (with exposure to front end and backend engineering) Prior experience working with technology partners, ideally in the fintech sector is a huge plus Technical Understanding: Familiarity with programming and experience working with APIs and system integrations. Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to tackle challenges and find effective solutions. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Flexibility & Adaptability: Comfortable working in different business environments and open to occasional travel.
