Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. Customize and configure CRM forms, views, workflows, and dashboards. Integrate Dynamics CRM with other systems and applications. Develop and maintain plugins, custom workflows, and web resources. Perform data migration and ensure data integrity within the CRM system. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics CRM. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Provide training and support to end users. Stay updated with the latest Dynamics CRM features and best practices. Qualifications: Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development. Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices. Proficiency in customizing and configuring Dynamics CRM. Experience with SQL Server and writing SQL queries. Knowledge of .NET, C#, JavaScript, and web services. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications are a plus.
