With over 17,000 employees worldwide, we foster a culture of collaboration and innovation. We are seeking a dynamic SAP Analyst – OTC Lead EMEA to join our team in Nottingham, UK. What’s the scope? As the EMEA representative for the Global S4 Fashion in the OTC Area, you will protect and enhance the global template to meet EMEA-specific requirements, including legislation, tax structures, and customer needs. Reporting to the SAP Manager for EMEA, you will play a critical role in ensuring strategies are executed through reliable processes and be an active member of the global OTC community and EMEA IT. Daily Activities: Engage with business teams on BAU activities Drive EMEA OTC action items from Global Process Owner meetings to completion Coordinate activities with 3rd parties on non-SAP applications Drive issue resolution and identify and control areas of risk Project-Related: Accountable for future functional and technical design, configuration, and integration of the SAP S4 Fashion Solution within PTP Implement new SAP functionality according to business requests Ensure all end-to-end OTC processes are globally aligned Partner with SI and business leads to ensure design meets requirements and resolve gaps/issues Ensure consistent definition and compliance of security Skills for Success: Deep knowledge of SAP S4 areas OTC – PTP and RTR preferred Expertise in pricing procedures, condition types, condition tables, and condition records Familiarity with forms, integration, and reporting related to the above modules Strong knowledge of SAP S4 Fashion Configuration, IDocs, EDI, Testing, etc. Excellent experience in solution design and delivery Strong communication and collaboration skills Innovative problem solver Business savvy with a keen focus on tactical integration and measurable results Skilled at working cross-functionally at all levels of the organization Bachelor's degree in a business discipline, computer science, or other relevant discipline required 5 years of experience in SAP Apparel and Footwear, Fashion Management, or Consumer Products industry preferred 5 years of experience in SAP configuration and implementation with recent hands-on experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Visio, and PowerPoint, along with a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite We offer: We value trust and transparency and focus on collaboration and teamwork.
