Sr. Business Analyst Work Mode: Hybrid Location: Hybrid - Kohler, WI Opportunity We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Product Team. In this role, you will be an active thought partner working alongside the Product Owner to help drive the successful deployment of HRSD solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and enhance HR service delivery processes. Your expertise in ServiceNow HRSD will be crucial in designing and configuring solutions that meet the unique needs of our organization. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will evaluate current HRSD workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. You will develop and execute detailed test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of ServiceNow HRSD solutions, providing advanced training and support to end-users to ensure effective adoption. Additionally, you will monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of ServiceNow HRSD solutions, making strategic recommendations for enhancements to continuously improve the platform. You will work closely with the Product Team Architect and Developers, providing guidance and ensuring that the technical solutions align with business requirements and best practices. You will stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow HRSD features and best practices, leveraging your expertise to drive innovation and excellence in HR service delivery. Specific Responsibilities The Senior Business Analyst must have demonstrated expertise in: ServiceNow, Global Operations and Associate Experience. Responsibilities include: Work with business partners to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements; understand the customer journey and define user requirements Define the needs of the business unit and apply knowledge of ServiceNow to design solutions that meet or exceed requirements and deliver value while ensuring consistency with architectural guidelines and security standards Assess incoming Global Shared Services (GSS)/ HR demand and provide inputs and cost estimates to support project prioritization Work with multiple stakeholders to assess the impact of proposed solutions, facilitate deployments and minimize disruption to services Oversee the documentation and management of requirements across multiple projects, either performing the task themselves or managing the work of a business analyst Monitor system performance to ensure it is meeting agreed upon service levels; identifies solutions or alternatives when it is not meeting service levels Regularly meets with the business stakeholders to review system performance and plan for upcoming demand Liaise with IT, HR, and GSS project teams to communicate business priorities, translate business requirements into technical requirements and identify appropriate solutions Define, draft, and execute test cases; facilitate user acceptance test plans Work closely with the ServiceNow technical team, identify ways to reduce implementation efforts Ensure quality solutions are developed and deployed Skills & Capabilities Problem Solving & Analysis Troubleshoot problems that may arise in work products Read, analyze, and interpret documents and technical procedures Analyze business operations and organize system components into a logical solution for the user Decision Making Create compelling business cases with accurate cost and effort estimations Lead/coordinate vendor selections (as needed) to formulate a project plan Understand business functionality and translate it into business value and application requirements Business & Technical Acumen Maintain global perspective to look for synergies between like business groups Understand business complexity and project interdependencies Understand business process modeling techniques Understand basic system engineering, object-oriented design, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards Understand various software development lifecycles (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, etc.) Use design thinking methods to define user stories and prioritization of requirements. Skills/Requirements This position requires 6 years broad IT domain experience in three or more of the following areas: Applications Development, Enterprise Architecture, Project Management, Vendor Management, Quality Assurance, Infrastructure, and Maintenance and Support. Strong knowledge of manufacturing or hospitality best practices is beneficial. Knowledge of SAP or Workday and training in Six-Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is a plus. Bachelor's degree is required, with preference to areas such as Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or Information Technology / Information Systems. ServiceNow HR Service Delivery experience is required with strong preference to areas in Platform, Integrations, and Employee Document Management. This position may require occasional travel to Kohler campus in Wisconsin for internal meetings. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. The salary range for this position is $113,000 - $143,950. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.
