IT Service Delivery Analyst – London – Financial Services IT Service Delivery Analyst is required to join a global investment bank business on a perm basis, working in central London (hybrid - 3 days in office), offering a base salary between £43,000 to £55,000. The role will support IT delivery services and ensure the service level agreements and maintain customer satisfaction. You will also coordinate with various teams analysing performance and improving the service delivery. Key requirements: Proven experience with ITIL ideally V4 Excellent communication to be able to negotiate and influence Understanding of IT Service Management practices This is an amazing opportunity for someone to join an investment bank in London.
