They are expanding, and looking to take on an employment lawyer to look after EMEA and you will be responsible for the broadest range of employment matters ranging from advising on separation and collective disputes, labour compliance, TUPE, as well as employment contracts to name a few. As a relatively new start-up, the business is going through a period of rapid growth and our client is looking for a commercially minded, agile, and forward-thinking employment lawyer to work closely with the business and be part of its growth story. You will have a strategic role to play in this business facing role and be instrumental in helping the business grow and reach its objectives. The role reports into the Global Head of Employment in the US who is down to earth, accessible and supportive.
