They have multiple new drug candidates progressing in clinical development and so are looking to grow their Cryo-EM team. The team are creating 3D protein structures from imaging data. The company have a state of the art Cryo-EM facility and are continuing to invest in this area, and we have 3 open positions within the team for talented individuals with expertise in CryoEM and Single particle analysis (SPA). Cryo-EM Algorithm Developer Must have previous experience in single particle analysis and novel algorithm development in the CryoEM space. As you'll need to bring new ideas to the table. Python programming skills. Backend Cryo-EM Software Developer (Backend) You must have at least 2 years experience working with Cryo-EM data processing, with a solid understand of single particle cryo-EM data processing and analysis Familiarity with common software development tools and practices such as version control (e.g. Git), continuous integration / continuous deployment, and automated testing. Python and SQL expereince. Cryo-EM Innovation Scientist PhD or MSc plus extensive post study work experience in the cryoEM, single particle analysis space. You must have demonstrable experience developing novel ideas in the cryoEm space. Open on the cryo-EM area you specialise in, from sample preparation to map interpretation, to setup and operation of microscopes.
