With a customer-centric approach, KAYTUS flexibly responds to user needs through its agile business model. http://www.kaytus.com/ Responsibilities Responsible for the implementation, delivery, acceptance training, and post-sales issue resolution of projects such as servers; Responsible for coordinating and managing customer service requirements in the local region Responsible for customer satisfaction and service quality management in the local region; Evaluate the current status of the service system in the local region, and develop plans and improvement solutions; Collaborate with sales to solve problems, and plan and implement key service projects. Qualifications Familiar with the construction and operation management of customer service systems in the ICT industry, with more than 3 years of experience in the service systems of the IT industry such as servers and storage; Possess self-motivation and strong stress resistance; Native-level proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in the local language, with no barriers in Chinese or English.
