Software Engineer

Kavaliro is seeking a Software Engineer to support a client in Fort Meade, Maryland. Required Skills: • Experience w/Java • Experience w/Maven • Experience w/Git, Gitlab • Experience with MapReduce • Knowledge of confluence, JIRA or similar • Experience w/JUnit testing and Code coverage • Requirements gathering, documentation and work-flow • Product result driven / problem solving ability • Experience w/Linux • Cloud development experience w/Big Data • Ability to independently perform as a technical lead over suite of analytics and/or development projects Desired Skills: • Experience w/AWS • Experience with Python and streaming capabilities • Experience with analytic development • Experience w/the analytic compliance process • Experience with Python and streaming capabilities Kavaliro provides Equal Employment Opportunities to all employees and applicants.
