Delivery Lead – Data to Cloud Team (Insurance) - contract We're partnering with a well-known name in the Insurance industry, looking for a skilled Delivery Lead to join their Data to Cloud team on an initial 12-month contract. This role is fully remote and sits outside IR35. Key Responsibilities: Lead and deliver cloud-based data projects, currently using GCP (other cloud platforms considered). Drive Agile methodologies to ensure project success. Leverage your strong data management and project leadership experience to hit the ground running. Experience required: Proficiency in Scrum development practices, including continuous integration and deployment. Experience managing 3rd party service providers, including RFP facilitation, onboarding, and performance management (designing SLAs and managing KPIs). Strong background in IT architectural governance, standards, and methodologies. Familiarity with CISO governance frameworks, standards, controls, and audit documentation for both business and technology solutions. Understanding of cross-Tribe and shared service dependencies, with the ability to effectively manage these dependencies. Knowledge of engineering, design, and testing practices that align with internal IT governance and architectural standards within a highly regulated environment. Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and similar platforms. update: recent Insurance experience is now required for this role.
