Our work depends on a Top Secret Cleared Technical Support Specialist joining our team to provide state-of-the-art Information Technology (IT) engineering and management leadership to enable the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to increase mission success and enhance mission capabilities in the critical areas of national security, law enforcement, intelligence, counterintelligence, and counterterrorism.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
EDUCATION: Bachelor of Science in engineering, computer science, or other equivalent technical discipline (may substitute with commensurate work experience).
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 3+ years of related experience
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS: Experience in JIRA, Service Manager, Microsoft TAC, Avaya BCM, Avaya IP Office
CLEARANCE: TOP SECRET
