Technical Project Manager - Product Marketing Customer Analytics

The Product Marketing Customer Analytics team is seeking a Technical Project Manager to effectively manage and support operations of customer analytics with advanced, scalable and robust architecture, tools, data products, and critical data pipelines that are optimized for rapid business intelligence, data analysis, and data science.

Ability to influence and motivate people across a broad variety of job functions through your relationships. Ability to elicit cooperation from cross-functional teams. Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously, without losing sight of key goals. Ability to drive teams/decisions through ambiguity. Strong technical, analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to drive decisions. Familiarity and ability to drive projects to completion using Agile/Waterfall methodologies as appropriate. Understand technical implementation at the architecture level and contribute to/drive design discussions. Understanding of customer journey, privacy practices and compliance is a huge plus. Structured thinking with ability to easily break down ambiguous problems and propose impactful solutions. Significant experience managing engineering projects through all phases, including requirements, ETL, data quality assessments, and data exploration. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and exceptional emotional intelligence.

Compensation and Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $248,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
