Technical Project Manager

Our team of more than 600 people works across industries including aerospace, medical devices and life sciences, unmanned systems and robotics, automotive OEM and tier 1 suppliers, commercial vehicle, electric vehicles, rail, and more. Our offices across the US have different industry focuses and engage with our clients in different ways, ranging from working on-site at client facilities to performing product development at our delivery centers.

As a Technical Project Manager you will be responsible for:

• Work with systems engineers, system developers, technical product managers and other engineers to execute implementations and adoption of products.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and high-risk areas.
• Work with service owners to develop innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
• Support process improvement projects in coordination with service teams.

Education/Experience:

• 5+ years of technical program management.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience in technical program management.
• Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.
• Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
• Agile Scrum experience (scrum master certified would be a bonus).
• Software development experience for communication systems.
• Automation or Robotics experience.

Salary Range: $120,000 - 180,000k

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.

Location: Hybrid in North Reading, MA or Westborough, MA preferred.
