Amazon's NA OPS PXT (inclusive of First, Middle, and Last Mile) SPARK (Strategic People Analytics & Reporting Kapabilities) team is a dynamic, forward-thinking team tasked with balancing people, process, and technology to help HR make informed decisions and deliver results. In Amazon's intensely data-driven culture, this team takes and challenges HR fundamentals and metrics and innovates to improve efficiencies, create data to support decisions, enable HR leadership effectiveness, and enhance the employee experience.
Are you passionate about using data and analytics to drive impactful business solutions for Amazon's workforce? You'll partner cross-functionally with HR, Operations, Finance, and Workforce Staffing to design and implement scalable HR analytics and identify opportunities for improvement across North America Operations. A curious, collaborative approach and the ability to leverage data, policy, process, and communication to drive excellence in the employee life cycle are a must.
We are looking for enterprising, focused, organized self-starters to help further the SPARK team's focus on people data mining and analytics, workforce planning, and development of the HR capabilities. Demonstrate advanced writing ability to help communicate and sell ideas and systems within the organization.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $141,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $233,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
