The Mission

The National Security Sector of Leidos is seeking a Sr. Data Analyst (HRIS) to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in McLean, VA.

Security Clearance: An Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required up front to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Manages and conducts data analysis and standardization
• Develops data models for analysis
• Extracts data and develops reports as needed for EEO leadership
• Collaborates with EEO Lead and analysts to present and communicate reports and visualizations to leadership
• Collaborates with technical developers to enhance ETK EEO, if needed

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:

• Interfaces: DNI (HC, HRM, DEl), NARSIL Task 4, 7, and DEIA Lead
• Processes/Activities: Manage HR data, conduct analysis
• Tools: MS Office, ETK EEO, COTS Data tools, Tableau, SQL

Basic Qualifications:

• BS degree and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in technical domain.
• TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required

Pay Range:

Pay Range $126,100.00 - $227,950.00
