I was recently briefed by a mid-sized (170 person) software company that is looking to continue the expansion of their Data Security business by hiring a Solution Engineer to support their Sales team.

Operating as pioneers in their field and using the Zero Trust model, the Information Risk Management platform has won many awards, with plenty of mentions and props from Gartner in their market tech reports. You will work on complex and ambiguous problems, solving issues that have not been cracked before. True innovation requires a solution-driven mindset.

In this role, you’ll be working with prospects in F2000 and the Federal space, aiming to land and expand 7-figure opportunities. This is a technical consultant role where you will understand pain points, translate customer requirements, develop solutions, and create PoCs.

This is a growth business by nature, and the owner has successfully navigated this path before, with multiple success stories in relation to exits. Today, the focus is on becoming a market leader, and your future is very much in safe hands.

Comp wise, we are ideally looking in the $150k - $200k range, plus stock.
