ANG SIGNAL is looking for a Senior Network Engineer to join our team. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for supporting an enterprise-level network infrastructure and wireless network, managing the day-to-day operations, as well as providing technical leadership on a variety of network projects. The Senior Network Engineer must have highly advanced skills and knowledge to provide technical leadership, support, and training to team members. This is a customer-facing role, and the candidate must be able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences with different knowledge backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team of network engineers to support a nationwide network, ensuring the delivery of reliable, high-performance network services across the organization.
- Architect, deploy, and proactively manage a comprehensive Aruba wireless network solution to enable seamless wireless connectivity and support the organization's wireless office requirements.
- Provide network, security, and wireless support and technical leadership to drive the execution of multiple mission-critical projects and initiatives while ensuring the maintenance of a stable operational environment.
- Design and implement innovative network infrastructure and wireless solutions, actively participating in laboratory testing of emerging technologies to assess their viability and integration into existing systems.
- Engage with both customer representatives and development teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout project lifecycles.
- Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintenance plans, and status reports as required by senior management, while actively participating in data calls and other operational and maintenance activities.
- Conduct thorough analyses of existing operational processes, providing actionable recommendations for enhancements and scalability.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Network Engineering, with at least 5 years serving as a Senior Network Engineer supporting enterprise-level wireless network environments.
- Extensive design, deployment, and hands-on management of Aruba wireless, Aruba switches, Aruba ClearPass, and the Aruba Central platform.
- Deep knowledge of network security principles and hands-on experience administering firewalls, ideally including Fortinet firewalls.
- Proficient in BGP, OSPF, and other routing and switching technologies, demonstrating a strong technical foundation in these areas.
- Comprehensive expertise in network design, encompassing complex routing and switching, remote access solutions, wireless technologies, and network security implementations.
- Familiarity with Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) is highly desirable.
- Exceptional ability to articulate network designs and concepts to diverse audiences, including technical peers and non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in written formats.
- A solid understanding of project management principles and terminology, facilitating effective collaboration within project teams.
- Strong organizational skills coupled with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, enabling effective communication of complex technical information.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study, or equivalent experience.
- Professional Aruba and Cisco certifications are highly desirable. Fortinet certifications are a plus.
