We are seeking a Program Manager with 3-5 years of program management experience using formal methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.

Qualifications:

  1. At least 2-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
  2. Expertise in Jira, SP & Wiki, and MS Office.
  3. CSM Certification is a must.
  4. Technical background preferred; experience as a Business Analyst/Engineer.

Responsibilities:

  1. Act as a Program Manager and Scrum Master for 1-3 Scrum teams working on multiple projects, effectively performing all Scrum ceremonies.
  2. Provide business process and technical expertise to team members on complex programs/issues.
  3. Produce reports for leadership on day-to-day task activities.
  4. Create project plans including scope, schedule, cost, quality, organization, communication, staffing, risk, and issue management.
  5. Facilitate, attend, scribe, and distribute minutes for Scrum/program meetings.
  6. Drive project execution by monitoring project status, gathering customer responses, and watching for potential roadblocks.
  7. Ensure cross-team coordination and work on removing barriers experienced by the team.
  8. Communicate day-to-day activities to required stakeholders.
  9. Ability to multi-task between concurrent assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.
  11. Relationship-driven with the ability to interact with a wide range of individuals.
  12. Creative and proactive problem solver.
  13. Self-motivated with the ability to work well in teams and across departments.
  14. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  15. Organized with strong attention to detail and effective documentation skills.
