WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Ingest, structure, and analyze a wide range of unstructured data sources.
2. Design, maintain, and orchestrate data pipelines in an AWS environment for both production processing and training flows.
3. Continuously evaluate, test, and improve the quality, privacy, and performance of our data systems.
4. Contribute across the product — from front-end UX and product design to API/systems architecture and ML processing/training.

MUST HAVE

1. 3+ years of experience ingesting, analyzing, and structuring a wide variety of data sources.
2. Significant experience building and maintaining data pipelines in a production environment.
3. Strong experience with databases/SQL, Python, and pandas (or equivalent).
4. Prior experience working in fast-paced environments and tackling problems across the stack with quick iterations while maintaining a high quality bar.
5. Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning.
6. Familiarity with LLM architectures.
7. Experience in AI/LLM optimization using open frameworks.

NICE TO HAVES

1. Experience in the healthcare domain is a plus.
2. Extensive production experience with AWS, containers, and/or data orchestration tools.
3. Full-stack development experience (especially with JS/TS/Node).
4. Proven experience in similar roles at startups or consultancies.
