What the job looks like
Each day you 'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
- Co-Create the solution landscape and roadmap with GO functions
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders and drive innovation
- Orchestrate our stage gate/demand process from ideation to new IT Solutions, helping GO to identify the most beneficial ideas.
- Act as project manager / -lead and ensure excellence in project setup and execution
- Being a Process Consultant to support the BPO/BPE in workshops to design & model processes according to BPMN standard
- Supports Product Owner in requirements engineering and definition of user stories to get a holistic view about business requirements
- Translate business requirements into IT language and ensure that they will follow the GIT processes & standards
- Ensure E-2-E availability and quality of IT services
What you’ll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:
- Master degree in (business) computer science, engineering or comparable
- IT professional with a minimum of 3 years experience in complex, international IT enterprise organizations, ideally with detail knowledge about Production and Quality processes.
- Proven experience in project management of mid-sized projects as well as in process management and the implementation of software and systems
- Excellent Communication and change mgmt. skills, results focused and excellent in problem solving.
- Solid knowledge of IT technologies as SAP QM and/or Manufacturing Execution (MES) and Laboratory Management Systems (LIMS)
- English fluent. German and/or any further European language are an advantage
