Work Schedule: The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM.

Job Description

1. Maintain, enhance, and optimize the company's WAN, LAN, and Wi-Fi network infrastructure.
2. Design, deploy, and manage firewall solutions to protect the organization's network.
3. Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of server hardware and software.
4. Utilize virtualization technologies to reduce hardware costs, enhance efficiency, and ensure high availability.
5. Manage, monitor, and optimize various cloud platforms such as Microsoft O365, Azure, and AWS.
6. Ensure maximum uptime of the company’s email facilities and server/system infrastructure.
7. Implement backup strategies to protect business data and ensure recovery when necessary.
8. Design and implement technologies and security strategies for IT infrastructure protection.
9. Develop and execute disaster recovery strategies to minimize downtime and data loss.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
2. Three to five years of experience in IT infrastructure.
3. Strong technical skills in firewall solutions (Fortinet, Palo Alto) and networking.
4. Proficient in server and system administration (Windows and Linux), backup and disaster recovery (Veeam), and virtualization technology (VMware).
5. Preferred experience with IT security products such as EPP, EDR, and MFA.
6. Familiarity with administering AD, O365 (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online) is preferred.
7. Experience with network and system monitoring tools (WhatsUp Gold), Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting.
8. Hands-on experience with project and vendor management.
9. Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
