Summary

As a Imaging Analyst at Gainwell, you can contribute your skills as we harness the power of technology to help our clients improve the health and well-being of the members they serve — a community’s most vulnerable. Participate in support of infrastructures, applications, and technology initiatives, both from an operational perspective in conjunction with existing standards and methods of delivery. Collaborate with other technology teams and clients to deploy technology architectures and solutions. Research, escalate, and resolve technology problems relating to the global technology environment.

Your role in our mission

  • This is an operations role. The person filling this role will be working with the Imaging System.
  • Hourly interaction with other members of the Level 3 technical team is expected.
  • Interaction with Level 1/Level 2 support personnel and client end users will occur on a regular basis.
  • Performing regular maintenance tasks, error queue processing, and trouble ticket troubleshooting is expected.
  • Troubleshooting of problems and incidents with the workstation clients and API infrastructure may be necessary to meet the client Service Level Agreements.
  • Provide and maintain application availability. This includes the periodic monitoring of servers, applications, web services, etc. using manual and automated means.
  • Desire to learn and adapt to the latest Imaging Technology.

What we're looking for

  • Four or more years of experience working with business processes and process improvement
  • Experience working with the interface of information technology with functional groups within an organization.
  • Experience with business process and information modeling tools and techniques.
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.

What you should expect in this role

  • Remote options may be considered from Pacific or Mountain time zones in US locations as candidates need to be available to work M-F 8a - 5p pacific time.
  • Local candidates have the option to work hybrid if desired to our Roseville location.
  • Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.

The pay range for this position is $59,500.00 - $85,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
