Job Description:

Jivan Infotech is seeking a Data Warehouse Architect for the State of Virginia. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Azure Data Factory, SSIS packages, and managing source code in Azure DevOps. The position will require excellent communication skills, the ability to manage project deadlines, and experience with data profiling and comparison. The role is hybrid, with some work performed remotely. A dependable high-speed internet connection is required for remote work.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage Azure Data Factory Pipelines or SSIS packages in SQL Server environments. (6+ years)
• Manage source code in a GIT repository using Azure DevOps. (6+ years)
• Estimate level of effort and manage deadlines for data warehouse projects. (6+ years)
• Perform data profiling and comparison using tools like Toad Datapoint. (6+ years)
• Maintain high standards of communication, both written and verbal, with team members and stakeholders. (6+ years)
• Be self-motivated and independent, with the ability to work flexible hours as needed. (6+ years)
• Ensure compliance with CJIS background checks and HIPAA/PII training requirements. (6+ years)

Job Duration:

Long-term contract (Initial contract period: 1 year with possible extension).
