Senior Computer Vision Engineer - Advanced Manufacturing

What You Will Do:

  1. Design and implement high-precision computer vision systems for advanced manufacturing applications, focusing on sub-millimeter accuracy.
  2. Develop novel software applications for complex robotic systems, integrating 2D and 3D vision capabilities.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and deploy vision feedback systems for robotic motion planning and grasping.
  4. Drive innovation in feature detection and localization within industrial environments.
  5. Contribute to the development of next-generation manufacturing solutions that require 99.9% scanning accuracy.

Ideal Candidate Background:

  1. 3+ years of hands-on experience developing computer vision solutions in industrial or manufacturing environments.
  2. Strong programming expertise in Python3 and/or C++.
  3. Proven track record of designing and implementing novel software applications beyond using pre-built tools.
  4. Experience with modern computer vision libraries (OpenCV, PyTorch, or TensorFlow).
  5. Deep understanding of digital camera technology and optical lens properties.
  6. Background in high-precision localization and feature detection.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in manufacturing or industrial automation settings.
  2. Track record of developing reliable, production-grade vision systems.
  3. Knowledge of robotic systems integration.
  4. Experience with tightly toleranced measurement systems.
  5. Background in industrial automation or manufacturing environments.

Compensation & Benefits:

  1. Base Salary: $100,000 - $120,000.
